| How is it done (PMP Process) ? |

The unique process makes an exact replica of any photograph down to the finest detail
and converts it into a laser-engraved portrait or pendant made of platinum, gold or fine
silver. Products range in size from pendants that are as small as the size of a dime to 4 x 6 inch portraits.
Custom-designed products as large as 6 x 8 inches can be created as well.
Color-enameled portraits also are available in all 80 pendant styles.
The new interactive Web site, www.pmportraits.com, enables customers to view an image online
of what the final product will look like before placing an order by simply uploading their favorite
photo and selecting the type of precious metal, style and finish.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping
addresses within the United States. For each address within the 48 contiguous United States,

| What standard products do you offer? |

We offer a wide variety of products. A complete line of Frame designs (Enhancers) an actual
“frame” which surrounds the entire pendant of your choice. We also offer a simple design
in all shapes with Diamond-cut edges. All styles are made of heavy gold and silver.
Our gentleman’s jewelry consists of pendants, cuff links, tie pins and clips, money clips,
and key rings.

| Do I have to send special photographs? |
|
Any photograph from any type of camera can be used. Color or Black and White.
We can also digitally repair most photographs.

| Can I send a slide or negative? |
|
Yes.

| Will my photographs be returned? |
|
Yes, every photograph mailed to us will be treated like it is our own,
and will be returned to you when your order is shipped.

| Can I have two entirely different pictures together on portrait or pendant? |
|
Yes, our computer technicians can merge any number of pictures onto one pendant.
However, we do charge an additional $10 per Photo.
You will be able to select this option upon checkout.

| What is the difference between laser engraving and mechanical engraving? |
|
In one simple word: QUALITY. Laser engraving produces a higher quality
image, then any mechanical engraving machines.

| What is the difference between laser engraved images and colored enamel images? |
|
Color enamel images can only be made from a color photograph.
The process is chemical whereby the colors from the photograph appear on
the finished pendant. The laser engraved images are permanently engraved
into a portrait or pendant.

| Can the image wear off once it is engraved? |
|
NO, a special jewelers glass cover is optically bonded over the
engraved image, making it waterproof and scratch resistant.
|
| How do I clean my precious metal products? |
|
Treat your portraits and pendants as you would any fine Platinum,
Gold or Silver by using a jewelers cloth to gently rub away any fingerprints or dirt.
